This year’s Okanogan River Garlic Festival is on
Friday, August 20, 12:00 noon - 8:00 pm, & Saturday, August 21, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
You are cordially invited to participate in this fun-filled and profitable event!
Booth fees: non-food vendors – $20 one day and $30 both days for a 10x10 space or $50 for a 10x20. Food booths are $80 for a 10x20 space only. Only the 10x10 non-food booths will be considered for one day; all others are for the two days of the Festival.
Set- up will begin at 9:00 am on Friday the 20th; there will be no one allowed on site before that time. There will be a site map at the CCC information booth, so please check there to find your placement. (While we'll make every effort to place returning vendors where they were last year, the final decision is up to the coordinators. If you do have a preference please indicate with application.) There is plenty of room for on-site camping on Friday night – History Park is located on the Okanogan River, and is a lovely, grassy spot!
Food vendors must obtain a current Okanogan County Health temporary food event permit (call 509 422-7140) and all vendors are responsible for their own trash removal.
Submit the following application information no later than August 15th to ensure your space. There might be vendors considered on the day of the event at a fee of $30/day, but only if room allows.
